Sometimes in the administration of an estate, things don’t go to plan. Questions over the validity of the will can arise or there may be disputes regarding the equality of distributions.

Where possible, we try to encourage parties to resolve disputes sensibly and in some circumstances, before proceedings are even filed. We consider that the importance of maintaining relationships, where possible, should not be overlooked when dealing with disputes. However, if a resolution cannot be resolved,  then we can represent you in any legal proceedings.
